Jennifer Parker is a Yoga, Pilates, and Meditation instructor in NYC. She was first introduced to "mindful" exercise over 15 years ago in her hometown in Central Florida when she tried yoga for the first time as a way to maintain a fit and healthy body and mind. She has been teaching Vinyasa, Hatha, and Hot Yoga in NYC since 2014. When she started studying Pilates at Gramercy Pilates she quickly fell in love, as she enjoys the full body approach to fitness and the emphasis on the anatomy of movement itself. Jennifer believes that the movement principles you learn in Pilates are so important because they translate over to all forms of exercise as well as just day-to-day movement. Jennifer's classes are thoughtful and alignment-based, influenced by the breath and the poetry of moving mindfully.
