Yasmin was first introduced to Pilates as a supplement to her dance training, while studying pre-professionally. While transitioning from student to professional dancer she began incorporating Pilates into her regular physical fitness regimen. Quickly she realized how Pilates was changing her life, and decided to study it further at Gramercy Pilates NYC. With a B.A in Biology, Yasmin loves how Pilates is grounded in biomechanics and anatomical alignment. Her goal is the help clients become more in touch with their mind and body connection, while stretching and stretching the muscles in proper body alignment to support daily life.
