COMPREHENSIVE MAT & EQUIPMENT CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS

The Most Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training Certification Program in the Industry.

Both Programs are taught live in studio by our Expert Pilates Teacher Trainers.

Steps in becoming a Comprehensively Educated Certified Pilates Teacher:

• Begin with our Comprehensive Mat Certification Program: required to take first as it provides the foundational teaching education that includes anatomy, biomechanics, movement science, progressive cueing and observation skills and classical and contemporary mat choreograpy. Upon completion, you may then move foward with our Comprehensive Equipment Certification Program.

  Note: If you have completed a Mat Certification Program at another studio if must include detailed anatomy, biomechanics and movement science as well as classical mat choreography. We would then be able to register for our Equipment Certification Program.

• Continue with our Comprehensive Equipment Program- includes all apparatus, (reformer, tower, cadillac, chair, barrel, spine correctore and many other smaller Pilates props. You’ll learn how to teach equipment classes, private sessions and any type of client including those with medical conditions.

• Our Programs include many hours of live mentorship and supervision by our Expert Pilates Teacher Trainers as well as teaching Mat, Reformer/Tower and Chair Classes as well as Private Sessions.

• Career Guidance about obtaining the best teaching positions in the industry is provided by the School’s Program Director.
