Our Comprehensive Mat Program- is required to take first take first as it provides the foundational teaching education that includes anatomy, biomechanics, movement science, progressive cueing and observation skills and classical and contemporary mat choreograpy
Our Comprehensive Equipment Program- includes all apparatus and learning how to teach any type of client in classes and privates including those with medical conditions.
Our Programs include many hours of live mentorship and supervision by our Expert Pilates Teacher Trainers as well as teaching Mat, Reformer/Tower and Chair Classes as well as Private Sessions.
