Pre & Post Natal with Katherine

This specialized Pre & Post Natal Workshop is designed for both Certified Pilates Teachers, Pilates Students as well as Clients. It will cover the first stage of pregnancy through post pregnancy providing an education in anatomy and biomechanics while teaching movement modifications and protocols. Exercises on the Mat with props and various equipment including the Reformer will be used.
