If you’re new to Pilates, we recommend taking a few Private sessions rather than starting with group classes so that you can become familiar and understand the Pilates method of exercise.

Continuing your recovery efforts after physical therapy is critical, and our knowledge and experience of Pilates for rehabilitation is the perfect compliment to your prescribed therapy.

We’ll work closely with your physical therapist to insure you are given a safe and effective movement program.
