The Pilates Industry is not regulated. Therefore, you must thoroughly investigate and examine any Pilates Certification Program that you are interested in, BEFORE making a final decision!

Here is what you NEED TO DO AND NOT DO!

1. Never Enroll in a Certification Program without meeting the Program Director!

2. Meet with the Person who will be teaching you in the Program to review the Program Manuals!

3.Never enroll in a Program taught online. (Learning live is a must!)

4. Ask if the Program has prerequisites!; (i.e., needing to buy classes or privates before you can enroll).

5. Ask if the Program teaches the Classical choreography! If not, ask where the Choreography they teach originates from.

6. Make sure the Certification Program includes in-depth Anatomy and Kinesiology as well as Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrel and Spine Corrector and Magic Circle Choreography and how to work with clients with medical conditions.

7. Ask about the tests! Written, Practical and how many.

8. Ask if the studio is available to use for practice time and when is it available.

9. Ask how much supervision you will receive during your practice time.

10. Ask about their cancellation and refund policies.

The more comprehensive the Pilates education you receive, the better your chance of landing a good teaching position!

The Pilates Certification School will cover all of the above issues and more.

We insure that you have all of your questions answered regarding the requirements in becoming a Certified Expert Pilates Teacher.
